Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, operating reports and internal management reports.  This may include bank reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, and sales & use tax reporting.
* Assist with annual financial audit and all periodic tax & regulatory audits.  This may include preparation of schedules as required to support financial results.
* Participate in analysis of new/upgraded software platforms and be extensively involved in implementations of or conversions to new software.
* Participate in the development or modification of the Company computer systems to ensure appropriate financial integrity & controls.
* Assist in establishing & implementing short and long range departmental projects, policies and
process/operating procedures.
* Provide ad-hoc analysis & support on selected projects.
