  • Asphalt Paving

  • Seal Coat

    Seal coat is a low-cost alternative to asphalt. It utilizes a process of spreading oil and crushed aggregate to create a hard-surface pavement.

  • Asphalt Sealer

    Pavement that has a sealer placed on it typically lasts longer.  The seal slows down the aging process of pavement, helping prevent it from drying out and cracking.  Because sealing pavement is darker in color, it absorbs more sunlight and melts snow and ice more quickly than unsealed pavement.
