CISM.pdfCroell Redi-Mix Inc safety program is to eliminate workplace accidents/injuries, to comply with federal, state, MSHA, OSHA rules and regulations, and to inform employees of potential hazards and safety rules and regulations. We want our employees to go home safe every night and be with their family with out any injury’s.

The following are examples of steps taken to create a safe work environment:

Pre-employment and quarterly random drug and alcohol testing
for all DOT drivers
Regular review of employee and applicant driving records
Pre-trip inspections of trucks completed daily by all drivers
Preventative maintenance program for all trucks and equipment
Annual company training
Regular jobsite safety inspections

Material Safety Data sheets are maintained at the offices and a complete list is held at the Corporate Office in New Hampton Iowa.

A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is a compilation of information required under the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Communication Standard on the identity of hazardous chemicals, health, and physical hazards, exposure limits, and precautions.
